Hey beautiful soul,
You know that feeling when anxiety lives in your body—that tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the tension you can't seem to talk away?
Maybe you've tried everything cognitive. The breathing exercises. The mindfulness apps. The positive affirmations. And while they help, there's still something your body is holding onto.
What if I told you that some healing doesn't come through thinking—it comes through moving?
This is Full Moon Dancing Circle.
Full Moon Dancing Circle is a monthly in-person gathering where women come together under Grandmother Moon's light to heal through sacred movement, community connection, and the powerful energy of the full moon.
This isn't a dance class. This isn't choreography. This is embodied release—moving meditation that allows your body to process what your mind has been trying to control.
Each month on the Friday before the full moon, we gather outdoors around a warm campfire in North Cobalt, where we dance, connect, and send healing energy rippling out into the world.
No dance experience required. No perfect movements expected. Just your body, the moon, and permission to feel.
You're part of a movement of women who understand that true healing isn't just mental—it's physical, emotional, and spiritual. You know that sometimes the body needs to move what the mind can't process.
You're not looking for another cognitive strategy. You're looking for practices that honor your whole self—your intelligence AND your body's wisdom, your independence AND your need for community.
Because here's what makes you different: You know that healing happens in connection—with yourself, with other women, with nature, and with something greater.
Full Moon Dancing Circle creates sacred space where:
The women who attend Full Moon Dancing Circle aren't following mainstream healing paths. They're brave enough to explore embodied, unconventional approaches to healing—because they know cognitive strategies alone haven't been enough.
Every Friday before the full moon at 8:00 PM Eastern, we gather outdoors under the open sky in North Cobalt for a 90-minute journey into embodied healing and community connection.
Here's what you'll experience:
This is your monthly embodied release. A moment to step out of your head and into healing movement.
"Dancing under the full moon with other women created a sense of release I've never experienced in talk therapy. My body finally let go of what my mind couldn't process."
— Sarah M., Toronto
"I was nervous about dancing in front of others, but the sacred space Rollie creates made me feel completely safe. This practice has become my monthly reset."
— Jennifer L., North Bay
You might be the woman who:
Whether you've never danced publicly or you move regularly, if you carry the knowing that your body needs to release what your mind can't process—you belong here.

Prepare for your sacred outdoor gathering with these items:
Weather Policy: In case of severe weather, we'll move the gathering indoors. You'll receive an email update if location changes.
Not at all. This isn't about choreography or perfect movements. It's about authentic expression and allowing your body to move in whatever way feels right. The movements are intuitive and guided—you simply follow what your body needs.
This is a sacred circle, not a performance. Everyone is focused on their own healing journey, not watching others. The darkness of evening, the flickering campfire, and the supportive energy of the circle create a safe space for authentic movement without judgment.
We have an indoor alternative space for severe weather. You'll receive an email update before the gathering if we need to move indoors. Either way, the healing energy and community connection remain the same.
No. This is a spiritual practice that honors all paths and beliefs. Women from diverse backgrounds gather in our circle. What unites us is the desire for embodied healing and community connection, however we understand it.
Absolutely! Many women travel to join us. The exact location address will be sent upon registration. If you're unable to attend in person, you can practice the Full Moon Dancing Prayer at home (video available after registration) and join our virtual Moon Medicine Community for ongoing support.

Join Next Full Moon GatheringGeegado Megwan Kwe (Talking Feather Woman)—that's my Spirit name, handed down to me by an elder. Little did I know then how much I would eventually embody that name.
You may know me as Rollie Allaire in everyday life, but in sacred circles like this one, I honor my Spirit name and the lineage it represents.
For over 25 years, I've worked in mental health services, and I've discovered that true healing happens when we honor the body's wisdom alongside the mind's intelligence. Full Moon Dancing Circle is one of the practices that has brought profound release to the women I work with—especially those whose brilliant minds sometimes forget that healing also lives in the body.
There's something ancient and powerful about women gathering in circles to dance under the moon. I'm honored to hold this sacred space for your embodied healing.
I look forward to dancing with you under Grandmother Moon's light.
